Using the process approach and the respective customer-specific requirements, this course teaches you the basics for qualification as a VDA 6.3 process auditor. The introduction to the basics of process auditing includes general requirements, methods, principles, assessment scheme and risk analysis.

These training steps will guide you through the basic requirements of the process audit and enable you to apply them holistically in the automotive industry. These basics are used to correct, stabilize and optimize processes and are developed in the exercises and case studies. The aim is to ensure a reliable evaluation.
Employees from the QM areas of the companies with the task of carrying out process audits in their own organization (internal) or in the supply chain (external). Furthermore, we also address external auditors with our training (use as a service provider).
